What is confirmed
The experience title includes HOLLOWEEN, and the official description prints the code OCTOBER. Publisher lists agree the reward is 25 Candy and that the code ends with the Halloween event rather than on a numbered day. Candy is not Knowledge and does not buy oaths.
The Candy Witch stands in town next to the Goblin Merchant. She sells limited gear, pets, and a reported permanent transferable race in exchange for Candy.
Reported stall prices
These prices and stats come from one mid-October stall writeup. If the menu differs, the menu wins. The Witch's Robe line in that writeup was cut off after +53 max HP, so it is not itemized here.
Haunted Harvest set bonus: +4% Defence and +5% max HP.
| Piece | Candy | Reported stats |
|---|---|---|
| Pumpkin Helm | 450 | +47 max HP, +11 Defence, +2% loot |
| Scarecrow Coat | 400 | +62 max HP, +12 Defence, +3% dodge |
| Scarecrow Trousers | 300 | +19 max HP, +6 Defence, +8 Speed |
| Jack's Lantern | 550 | +8 Magic, +9% Gold, +3% loot |
The Coven set bonus: +2% crit and +5% Magic.
| Piece | Candy | Reported stats |
|---|---|---|
| Witch's Hat | 300 | +14 Magic, +19 max Energy, +5% crit |
A full Haunted Harvest set is 1,700 Candy before any Coven piece. OCTOBER alone is 25. The rest is farmed.
Fights that pay Candy
Mort the Gravedigger is described as a mini-boss dropping 12 to 16 Candy. The Pumpkin King is the event boss dropping 25 to 35 Candy. Those ranges are kill drops, not a per-minute rate. Dullahan is the Halloween race on the race table, with Headless Ride. Buying a race from the witch and rolling Dullahan are different paths if both are on the live menu.
Use the candy calculator with the price you see. Do not spend your last life on the Pumpkin King if the Inn is still holding your good weapon.
